APPLE THYME BRIE
local brie, fresh apple crisps, shaved fennel, caramelized organic onions, organic field greens and apple thyme yogurt on organic whole grain baguette

ORGANIC ROASTED TOFU
with vine tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, romaine hearts, red onion, avocado and roasted pepper coulis on organic bretzel baguette
