Why not serve chutney and aioli and arugula and prosciutto? Why not post calorie counts and be transparent about nutrutionals? Why not be green, recycled and energy efficient? OUR OPEN POSITIONS
Office Boss + Customer Service Manager
You will be the glue that holds our team together, leading our online ordering customer service efforts and making sure our main office is well organized and functioning at its best. This includes, but is not limited to: Helping customers, whether it’s giving them a little tutorial about online ordering via Brandibble or answering questions like: Do you carry gluten-free bread? Do any of your items contain nuts? What is the meaning of life? Managing our operational team efforts to get their orders organized and delivered on time. Managing the house accounts in a proactive way from ordering to payment. Creating reports, data entry, and filing. Keeping us ahead of the game by ordering and tracking inventory of branded items, catering + packaging, and chocolate, as well as fulfillment of these items to Hannah’s Bretzel locations.
Besides a great sense of humor and being awesome we also would like you to: Display excellent communication and service skills via phone and email because you love to make people happy. Be intellectually curious and open to learn and grow. Shine by being detail-oriented and organized. Minimum 2 years of related experience in an office and/or customer service setting. Have a solid understanding of Mac/PC and proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Driver’s License preferred, but not mandatory.

You already have 1-2 years of strong food service experience and love working in the industry. Join our sandwich making team and expand your knowledge of the food service industry. When you do, you have the opportunity to grow with our team. Currently, most of our general managers started as sandwich makers. It is promoting from within which we love best. We will help you get there with a dedicated training approach to your position, exposing you to team leadership and deepening your understanding of management skills preparing you for the next step up. Team Lead / Team Supervisor
You have 2-4 years of food service experience and wish to grow your management skills in a fun and rewarding environment asking many "why nots"...welcome to Hannah's Bretzel! As a Team Lead / Team Supervisor your enthusiasm and growing leadership skills will play in the daily management of a location based on our company culture of doing-the-righ-thing. With the support from your general manager, you will learn about vendor relations, align team schedules based on business volume, coordinate team duties and objectives, focus on our customer service culture, and learn the entire operation.
