Chef Kahan’s Guides Special | Baguette

Our latest Chef collaboration with Paul Kahn from Avec, Publican, Publican Quality Bread, Publican Quality Meat, and Big Star amongst others. Inspired by the sandwiches he prepares with his fishing guide up in the Northwoods, WI, this sandwich blends antibiotic and hormone free roasted turkey, cured rosemary ham, oven melted smoked gouda, vine tomatoes, miso mustard mayo and a cancale spice and salt blend on organic bretzel bread. It is mighty tasty!
